The challenge: To forego cakes, donuts, and white bread
Planned replacement habit: Snack on fruits or eat wheat/whole-grain breads.
Month-end Report: Moderately successful as far as cakes and donuts were concerned. Bread was a different story. It’s just that in this country, white bread is so convenient and cheap. So there. Semi-failure.
